Every year, Trapholt acquires and receives new, interesting works for the museum’s collection of modern art, crafts and design. With Trapholt Collect 2022, the works that have become part of the museum’s collection during the past year are presented. The collection in 2022 is based on the museum’s research work around design classics and painterly sensations. Looking forward to experiencing my work Blood Relations as part of the years acquisitions, which also counts works by prominent names such as Erik A. Frandsen, Kay Bojesen and Verner Panton and fresh artists such as Anne Torpe and Sia Hurtigkarl Degel. The exhibition Trapholt Collect 2022 will be on view from 19.01.2023 – 12.03.2023.
