THE SPRING EXHIBITION

Out of more than 800 applicants, I was selected to exhibit at Charlottenborg Spring Exhibition 2016. For the event I created a large knitted art piece ‘Blood Relations’, which I hand crafted using several manual knitting machines and fusing a variety of leftover threads and yarns from the textile industry.
The Spring Exhibition is an annual art event at the Copenhagen exhibition building Kunsthal Charlottenborg. It is one of the most important and prestigious open submission exhibitions in Northern Europe, held annually since 1857.
