The beautiful building The Nordic House set a dramatic scene when Iben Høj was invited to show her knitted textile artpieces together with local textile artist Randi Samsonsen. The series of lace layered dresses ‘Colour me…’ was created for the exhibition and offered the opportunity to work with several layers of shades within the same colour; a new play with yarn, form and transparency. A subtle colour palette and an interesting clash of textures, density and weight made for a fresh tactile experience.
